Very easy to make pancakes that are a healthy breakfast or evening snack for your little ones. Here is a quick recipe:
Banana – 1 mashed
Plain flour – 2 tbsp
Eggs – 2 medium, whisked
Whisk all the ingredients well together till smooth. Spread some amount on a non-stick pan and cook from both sides. You can rub a little butter on the pan as well to avoid sticking and for a softer texture. Silicon molds could be used for shapes if you desire.
Treat your little ones with this inviting yet healthy meal. Serve them plain or even with jam, chocolate spread and fruits.
