Very delicious and easy to make steam kababs. Serve as a snack or include it in your main course by serving along poori , parathas or Naan. Can make it in Mutton or beef mince as well.
Mince meat – 1/2 kg
Onion – 1
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Garlic – 4 cloves
Fresh coriander- 1/2 cup
Green chilies – 6
Coarse ground black pepper- 1 tblsp
Salt – to taste
Chop all these ingredients together along with the mince. Now give them mini kabab shape. Shallow fry them in 4 tblsps of medium hot oil till golden . Later steam them for 10 mins. By steaming later on, they will not only get fully done, but also the excess oil will drop off from them and they will be very light to eat.
